Troubleshooting
Identifying and fixing the problems that others have missed
Often sites find themselves with issues caused by added equipment or other reasons that may not be apparent to the untrained eye. Contractors sometimes don’t have the full understanding of the physics that an engineer has and mistakes can happen…
Example:
One of our clients had pressure controllers of their glycol system installed at different heights but set approximately at the same pressure. The difference in heights meant that they are actually set at different pressures. To deliver equal pressures, the pressure needed to be adjusted considering the differences in height of each pressure control valves.
